Matches are co-ed 7-on-7 format, with a goalkeeper and an additional 6 players on the field, including at least 2 women and 2 men (excluding goalkeepers). Games are split into two 25-minute halves.

No games will be scheduled on Oct 11. Doubleheaders or season may be extended to make up for any potential cancelled games.

Games will be scheduled at Newton Athletic Park. If necessary, other parks/fields may be used.

The offside rule will not be applied during games. However, facilitators will enforce a no cherry picking rule.

Slide tackling/sliding is not permitted.

Games are self officiated, however facilitators will be on site and will act as refs to make calls if deemed necessary (confusion in the rules or any disagreement).
